Fluid Power Hydraulics and Pneumatics at Work in Your World A Kit of Resources |
Persons in the fluid power industry, educators and middle and high school students are now exploring fluid power principles with the help of a resource kit to complement the video, "Discovering Fluid Power: Hydraulics and Pneumatics at Work in Your World." The kit of resources is a natural extension to the video that was produced through the cooperative efforts of the Fluid Power Educational Foundation (FPEF), the National Fluid Power Association (NFPA), the Fluid Power Distributors Association (FPDA), and the Fluid Power Society (FPS).
The "Discovering Fluid Power – A Kit of Resources"
The video emphasizes technological capabilities, showing
real world examples of both hydraulic and pneumatic applications at work. After
watching the video, students will have an understanding of how fluid power principles work. The additional materials provided in the kit complement the basic fluid power principles gleaned from the video and promote greater overall interest in the industry.
